Role: Skilled Welder/Sheet Metal Worker
Salary: up to £32,000
Hours: Monday Thursday 7:15am 4:15pm & Friday 7:15am 12:15pm
Location: Skipton
Taskmaster are delighted to be recruiting for well-established manufacturing company, with a world-wide reputation and over 80 years heritage within the industry.
They are seeking a Skilled Welder/Sheet Metal Worker to join their team. You will be welding and fabricating blast finishing equipment and ultrasonic cleaners.
The Role
* Ideally the you will be apprentice trained in the welding of thin sheet mild steel, stainless steel and sectional fabrications in TIG and MIG welding
* Good knowledge of general sheet metal working machinery is required
* The ability to work to technical drawings is essential.
About You:
Proven experience in welding and fabrication ideally apprentice trained
Experience in welding sheet mild steel
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment
