Skːn Clinics is seeking a Nurse to join our team in Middlesbrough. We are looking for a highly motivated, compassionate, and professional individual who can provide the highest level of patient care. The ideal candidate will be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and have at least 2 years of experience as an NP in a practice setting. This is a part-time role, ideally working every Tuesday, Thursday and occasional Saturdays. Responsibilities Manage the patient care team from the day you open your practice up to your final patient visit. Review and document all patient visits and charts in our electronic medical record system. Review and document patients’ medical history. Perform physical examinations, diagnostic tests, and other diagnostic and therapeutic tests. Order diagnostic tests and therapeutic treatments for patients. Coordinate with other providers on-site to provide patient care. Provide routine office duties such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, answering faxes, etc. Provide on-call consults as needed for acute illnesses or emergencies. Review incoming referrals from other providers to ensure that they are accurate and complete before they are sent off to the practice management department for processing. Maintain strict confidentiality with all information provided in the electronic medical record system. Work closely with the practice management team to review patient records for accuracy, completeness, and quality assurance. Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager.
