Duties
* Greet members and visitors warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
* Answer incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls as necessary.
* Manage scheduling and appointments for staff members.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
* Maintain an organised filing system for both physical and digital documents.
* Assist with clerical duties including typing correspondence and reports.
* Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
* Handle basic accounting tasks using QuickBooks as required.
* Support administrative functions as needed to ensure the office runs smoothly.
Skills
* Previous office experience is essential, with a strong background in administrative roles preferred.
* Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
* Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
* Demonstrated clerical experience that showcases your ability to manage various administrative responsibilities.
