Mechanical Construction Manager - Data Centre Project
Location: Saunderton, near High Wycombe
Project Overview
We are recruiting Mechanical Construction Managers for a major new-build data centre project in Saunderton. This is a fast-paced scheme with approximately 300 operatives on site, requiring strong coordination, leadership, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage mechanical construction activities across the project
* Oversee Health & Safety compliance on site
* Maintain and drive high-quality standards
* Lead look-ahead planning and coordinate daily site activities
* Order and manage materials and plant
* Manage subcontract packages and ensure performance
Requirements
* Proven experience in mechanical construction management
* Experience on large-scale M&E or infrastructure projects
* Strong organisational and leadership skills
* High attention to detail and quality standards
* Must be able to commute to Saunderton (driving required)
