Reporting to the Managing Director and operating as an integral part of the senior leadership team, the Sales & Marketing Director will have responsibility for developing and implementing a commercial strategy across multiple value streams, enabling growth in new and existing markets. The emphasis of the role is on the introduction of a more strategic approach to sales and marketing whilst growing and developing the team, nurturing a customer-centric culture and putting in place the right systems and processes to enable success.
Candidates, of graduate calibre and ideally degree qualified, will have proven sales/business development/marketing leadership experience gained with a business supplying complex specified solutions to the construction and/or industrial sector markets. In addition to strong commercial credentials, candidates will have a track record of successfully leading and developing teams, embedding a high-performing culture.
