Senior Sales Consultant - West London
Salary: £35,000 basic + commission (OTE £65,000-£70,000)

An award-winning residential developer is looking for a confident and experienced Senior Sales Consultant to join one of their flagship regeneration schemes in West London.
Youll be joining a well-established team with several new building launches ahead including one due this spring, this is an exciting opportunity for a high-performing sales professional to take ownership of a busy site and continue its success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive sales and manage the full customer journey from enquiry to completion.
* Guide and support a junior consultant to ensure strong deal conversion.
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience in line with brand standards.
* Work collaboratively with the wider team to meet and exceed targets.
* Represent the development confidently during launches, events, and viewings.
About You:
* Minimum 2 years experience selling new homes (developer or agent background).
* Proven off-plan sales experience and a strong track record of achieving targets.
* Confident, proactive, and passionate about delivering results.
* Able to work weekends on a rolling rota (2-3 per month, with 2 days off together).
* Organised and motivated, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
