An experienced Teaching Assistant is required to step into a Higher Level Teaching Assistant role within a specialist provision.
This role involves leading small group interventions, covering lessons when required and supporting curriculum delivery.
Key duties:
* Delivering structured interventions
* Supporting differentiated lesson planning
* Managing behaviour positively
* Acting as a senior support figure within the classroom
We are looking for:
* Strong SEN experience
* Confidence leading groups independently
* Initiative and leadership qualities
