Employee Benefits Consultant
We are currently working with a leading employee benefits consultancy to support their search for an Associate Consultant & Consultant to join their small business solutions team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join this organization, which offers significant potential for career progression as it continues to evolve and develop.
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Manage an existing portfolio of clients, providing consulting across PMI and/or Group Risk schemes.
2. Identify potential opportunities for new business, including cross-selling and up-selling.
3. Serve as the first point of contact for all clients.
4. Must have prior Employee Benefits experience.
5. Effectively manage client relationships.
This role offers remote working with the expectation of attending the office at least once per month.
