UV Team Leader / Lining Foreman – OnSite Central Limited

Job Title: UV Team Leader/Lining Foreman
Location: Heathrow
Salary: £40k-£43K basic.

As UV Lining Foreman, you will be responsible for leading and managing on‑site crews in the delivery of UV CIPP lining projects, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. The role involves overseeing the full installation process, from pre‑site assessments and equipment preparation to curing, quality checks and final sign‑off. The Foreman acts as the main point of contact on site, coordinating with project managers, clients and contractors while maintaining clear documentation and adherence to health and safety procedures. They also provide guidance, training and support to crew members, resolving issues promptly and ensuring projects remain on schedule and within scope.


The Role

* Lead, coordinate and supervise UV pipe‑lining crews to ensure safe, efficient and high‑quality project delivery.
* Oversee setup, installation, curing and completion of UV CIPP (Cured‑In‑Place Pipe) lining operations.
* Conduct pre‑site assessments, verify measurements and ensure all materials, equipment and resources are prepared for each job.
* Monitor UV curing systems, pulling equipment, calibration and quality‑control checks throughout installation.
* Enforce health and safety standards, conduct toolbox talks and ensure all team members follow proper procedures.
* Communicate clearly with project managers, clients and contractors regarding progress, challenges and project requirements.
* Maintain detailed job records, daily reports and quality‑assurance documentation.
* Train and mentor crew members, promoting skill development and consistent work practices.
* Identify and resolve site issues swiftly to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
* Ensure equipment is inspected, maintained and operated correctly to avoid downtime and ensure safe operation.


What You’ll Need

* Strong understanding of UV CIPP lining processes, curing systems and relevant equipment operation.
* Proven experience in trenchless pipe rehabilitation or a similar civil engineering/site work environment.
* Valid driving licence (HGV licence preferred but not necessary) and additional site tickets such as CSCS, confined‑space training, SSSTS.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, job specs and site plans.
* Good leadership, communication and team‑management skills to effectively guide and motivate crews.
* Solid knowledge of health & safety regulations, RAMS and site compliance requirements.
* Physical fitness and willingness to work in confined spaces, outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
* Problem‑solving skills and the ability to make quick, safe decisions on site.
* Competence in using site reporting tools or digital job‑tracking systems.
* Organisational skills to manage equipment, schedules, documentation and day‑to‑day project logistics.
* Willingness to travel and work away when necessary.
