We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Grants Support Officer/Grants Office to work in a hybrid role, offering a mix of home and office-based working. You will play a key role in supporting assisting applicants through the grant process. Responsibilities include:
* Supporting the high-volume grant management process from sifting, assessment to monitoring and reporting.
* Maintaining accurate records and databases of applications, grants awarded and outcomes.
* Managing communication and responding to enquiries from applicants and grant recipients.
* Providing administrative support to the Director of the charity.
* Assisting organisations and fundraisers with queries and guidance.
* Contributing ideas to strengthen our support for communities across Wales.
Essential Experience
1. Have experience or a strong interest in fundraising, gained through paid or voluntary roles.
