Our clients based in Poole are currently looking for an experienced Fruit & Veg Preparation Person to join a well-established family run business!
You will be required:
1. To ensure fresh food is prepared and manufactured to a high standard.
2. Ensure the department meets high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
3. Ensure all equipment is in good order before preparation and hygienically clean.
Desired, but not essential
4. Experience when dealing with food preparation/chef and good kitchen skills.
5. Strong knowledge of food products and preparation.
6. Ability to plan and cooperate with others and attention to detail.
Working hours:
5 days a week between Sunday – Friday (No saturdays)
6pm-2am
