Vocal Rogue® CIC is a community-focused organisation supporting individuals aged 9+ through to adults and seniors.

Our work centres on wellbeing, mentoring, coaching, and skills development, delivered through lived experience, accessibility, and genuine connection. We work with diverse communities to create meaningful, long-term change. Operating often behind the scenes, we prioritise trust, safeguarding, and impact over visibility, building pathways that support individuals to grow, develop, and move forward.


Role Description

Vocal Rogue® CIC is launching the next phase of our Football Development Programme in Oldbury, following a successful two-year pilot.

We are expanding and building a structured, long-term pathway for young people, starting with:

* U9 Team
* U10 Team


We are currently recruiting

* 2 Head Coaches (Minimum FA Level 1 Coaching Badge)
* 1 Administrator

These roles require an approximate commitment of 5 hours per week.

These are voluntary roles, with a clear pathway into paid positions as the programme grows and funding is secured. Head Coaches will receive priority consideration for paid roles.

This is more than football... the programme focuses on building confidence, discipline, and creating a structured environment where young people can develop and progress.


Responsibilities

* Deliver structured football coaching sessions (coaching roles)
* Assist with session planning and programme delivery
* Provide administrative support including scheduling, communication, and record-keeping (administrator role)
* Contribute to a positive, safe, and inclusive environment
* Work collaboratively with the wider team


Qualifications

* FA Level 1 Coaching Badge (required for Head Coaches)
* Experience working with young people
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Reliable, committed, and aligned with community values
* Organised and able to support programme delivery
* Basic administrative and digital skills (for admin role)
* Passion for community development and making a difference


Additional Requirements

* DBS check (required prior to starting)
* Safeguarding awareness
