The busy College Finance Department is seeking a motivated, enthusiastic and outgoing Cashier & Finance Administrator. Core responsibility will be to co-ordinate the operations of our Payments Office and support the associated Credit Control and Sales Ledger functions. The role will also involve supporting the other functions across the College Finance Department as required.
Responsibilities
* Take responsibility for all Payments Office tasks including being the primary contact for staff and students, facilitating both cash and cashless transactions, recording and monitoring petty cash and floats, banking and bank transaction management.
* Work under own initiative and proactively take ownership for their area of responsibility.
* Support other functions across the College Finance Department as required.
Requirements
* Prior experience in a Finance Department is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided.
* Some travel between sites may occasionally be required.
Work Details
The position is available for an immediate start and the days/hours are 30 hours per week across five days.
