About the Role
We are looking for a Process Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team. You will play an important role in day-to-day plant operations, helping to maintain efficient, safe, and high-quality production. This is a hands-on position working with process equipment and control systems such as SCADA, DCS, and QCS platforms.
Hours of Work
* Initial work will be during daytime hours (Monday–Friday).
* Flexibility to transition to shift-based work, including nights and weekends, is desirable.
What You’ll Do
* Operate and monitor manufacturing and process equipment.
* Assist in adjusting plant performance using control systems and process monitoring tools.
* Support planned and reactive maintenance, inspections, and calibrations.
* Accurately record production and maintenance data.
* Assist engineering teams with troubleshooting, plant modifications, and commissioning.
* Handle materials, consumables, and waste safely and efficiently.
* Take part in safety assessments, hazard reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in a manufacturing, process, or industrial environment.
* Awareness of plant safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
* Hands-on experience with process equipment and control systems.
* Willingness to follow safe systems of work (permits, isolations, lockout/tagout).
* Flexibility to work on different shifts as needed.
* Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to a team-focused environment.
Desirable
* Qualifications or experience in Electrical, Instrumentation/Controls, Mechanical, or Process Engineering.
* Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
* Experience with hazardous, high-pressure, or flammable materials.
