Rewards and Policy Officer (Maternity cover)
Join United Learning as a Rewards and Policy Officer (Maternity cover), based in our Central Office in Peterborough, reporting to the HR Services Manager.
The Reward and Policy Officer will support the development and implementation of multiple HR projects that enhance the employee experience, focusing on benefit management, remuneration, and policy development activity.
Key responsibilities include leading staff benefits and wellbeing initiatives, managing supplier relationships, and driving engagement through clear communication and data-led improvements. The role also involves supporting pay and performance reviews, applying pay frameworks, researching to inform reward strategy, drafting and reviewing HR policies, and contributing to wider HR initiatives.
About You
The successful candidate will have a CIPD or degree-level qualification, excellent organisational and time management skills, attention to detail, and accuracy. They will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to research and present information effectively, and proficient computer skills, including in-depth knowledge of MS Office Suite.
