They're looking for a highly organised, proactive and adaptable Executive Assistant to support the dual leadership of their organisation — their Principal and Chief Operating Officer — and to provide secretarial and clerking support to their Governing Body and its committees.
This is a key new role at the heart of the organisation. You’ll manage complex diaries and communications, coordinate high-level meetings, and ensure the smooth running of the Executive Office. You’ll also provide secretarial support to the Executive Team, which meets fortnightly, preparing agendas, papers, and minutes.
They're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a calm, solutions-focused approach. Prior experience in a senior administrative, EA, or governance support role is essential — ideally within education or a similarly fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Most importantly, you’ll bring a positive attitude, a flexible mindset, and the ability to stay one step ahead in a busy and creative organisation.
