We’re now looking for a hands-on, organised Conference & Banqueting Manager to lead the delivery of events and ensure every guest experience is seamless from start to finish. Leading the day-to-day operations of the conference and banqueting department Overseeing event set-up, service, and breakdown across meetings, banquets, and private functions Managing, training, and motivating the events service team Working closely with the kitchen and sales teams to deliver seamless guest experiences Monitoring budgets, staffing levels, and stock control to ensure profitability Handling guest feedback and ensuring issues are resolved promptly and professionally Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations What Do You Need? Proven experience in conference and banqueting or events management within a hotel or hospitality environment Strong leadership and organisational skills with a hands-on approach Ability to manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously Excellent communication and guest-relations skills Commercial awareness and confidence working with budgets and KPIs A calm, professional presence under pressure WHAT DO WE OFFER?
