Facilities Coordinator – Be the Organisational Power Behind Our Site Location: Ellistown Working Hours: 40 Hours Salary: Competitive We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Facilities Coordinator to support the smooth running of our site operations. This is a pivotal role where your attention to detail, communication skills, and commitment to compliance will help drive efficiency and a positive working culture. Purpose of the Role Train operational staff in task execution and internal systems. Ensure compliance with the Integrated Management System (IMS) and legal standards. Promote continuous improvement and a collaborative site culture. Deliver effective administrative and office support. Assist the Compliance Supervisor with key tasks and audits. Key Accountabilities Site Support & Compliance Timely completion of site support tasks. Maintain records, systems, and documentation. Monitor compliance checks and support audits. Uphold confidentiality and professionalism. Administrative Support Manage H&S and compliance documentation. Process orders and resolve queries. Maintain training and induction records. Monitor time & attendance and system calibrations. Keep IMS site page and general site files updated. Office Operations Coordinate visitor access and meeting bookings. Ensure fire warden and first aider coverage. Maintain contractor and waste records. Provide facility arrangements for regular site personnel.
