Peaple Talent have partnered with a growing Zendesk consultancy looking to hire an experienced Zendesk Specialist to support the design, implementation and optimisation of customer experience solutions for a diverse client base.
As the business continues to expand their professional and technical services capability, this role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with proven Zendesk experience who is looking for greater exposure designing, building and supporting instances across multiple verticals and sectors.
You will play a key role administering and implementing Zendesk solutions, supporting multiple communication channels and delivering scalable, high-quality CX platforms.
You will have a proven background working with Zendesk and contact centre technologies, with experience across the following areas;
* Zendesk administration and configuration
* Messaging and Social, Talk and Email channels
* Automation, bots and workflow optimisation
* System integration and API usage
* Technical troubleshooting and issue resolution
* Technical and business documentation
* Stakeholder engagement and client relationship management
* Customer experience (CX) improvement initiatives
Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you will define technical requirements, translate business needs into application functionality and deliver solutions within agreed timelines while ensuring strong client satisfaction.
Ideally you will have contact centre experience alongside knowledge of REST APIs, JSON or web services. Experience with JavaScript, NodeJS or C# and exposure to AI-driven solutions would be highly beneficial.
This is a fully remote role offering £55,000 – £65,000 and the opportunity to join a growing consultancy delivering innovative customer experience solutions in a collaborative environment.
