We are recruiting for compassionate Care Assistants to join our amazing team!
*Driving license essential with access to own vehicle*
Hours:
Week 2: Tuesday, Saturday & Sunday
Responsibilities:
* Provide person-centred care by building strong relationships to understand clients' needs and preferences.
* Personal care: Support clients with everyday routines such as showering, dressing, grooming, ensuring they remain healthy and independent.
* Medication support: Assist clients with their medication needs.
* Companionship: Ensure clients have social interactions daily by engaging in conversations, completing activities of their choice, and accompanying them to appointments or shopping.
* Home help: Assist with everyday tasks such as tidying, laundry, vacuuming, and meal preparation/cooking.
* Rate of pay: £13.00 per hour.
* Mileage contribution.
* Paid travel time.
* Continuity of clients.
* Full training provided, with opportunities to develop your career through award-winning training.

* Provide introductions to all clients.

* Prior care experience is desired but not essential.
* We are looking for kind and compassionate individuals to join our Home Instead team. Whether you have direct experience in care or are just starting out, we provide industry-leading training to all our Care Assistants to help you make a positive impact on others.
