Key Responsibilities
As Sales Consultant, you'll be the friendly face of the development, helping buyers through the journey to their new home. You will:

* Respond to enquiries via email, phone and in person

* Manage the entire sales process from enquiry to completion

* Drive sales to achieve and exceed targets

* Provide detailed knowledge of the homes, specifications and development features

* Conduct market research to stay ahead of local trends

* Coordinate handovers and assist with any immediate aftercare needs

* Complete all administration efficiently and accurately
