Senior National Account Manager – Foodservice

Salary: £55,000 to £60,000, 25% Bonus + Benefits

About the Opportunity


A fast growing, B Corp certified food business with a turnover of around £200 million is seeking a talented Senior National Account Manager to drive growth within its expanding Foodservice division.


Supplying both branded and private label dairy including premium cheese, yogurts, butter, meat snacking, and world foods, the business has built a reputation for quality, innovation, and sustainability.


They have experienced significant business growth and a 25 percent increase in headcount this year, reflecting their strong market performance and ambitious expansion plans.

The Role


This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Foodservice professional to step into a high impact role with real autonomy and visibility.


You will manage and develop key national and regional wholesaler and buying group accounts including Brakes, Bidfood, Henderson’s, Thomas Ridley, and JJ Foodservice, to name a few, helping to shape the future direction of the channel while delivering strong commercial results.


Key Responsibilities:


* Manage and grow major Foodservice accounts, building trusted long term partnerships.
* Lead commercial negotiations, including CPIs, tenders, and JBP development.
* Identify and win new business opportunities to expand distribution and category reach.
* Work collaboratively with supply chain, marketing, and category teams to deliver tailored, insight led solutions.
* Use data and market analysis to inform strategy and drive growth.


About You


* Proven experience managing key Foodservice accounts within FMCG, with at least two years experience working directly with Brakes and Bidfood.
* Strong understanding of the Foodservice channel and how to influence across complex customer networks.
* A track record of driving growth and delivering strong commercial results.
* Shares the company’s B Corp values, passionate about sustainability, quality, and doing business the right way.
* Able to work autonomously, demonstrating initiative and ownership.
* Thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast paced environment where you can make a tangible impact.
* Excellent communicator and relationship builder, confident at all levels.


Package & Benefits


Salary £55,000 to £60,000, Bonus: 25%, 5% pension, healthcare, 33 days holiday with opportunity to purchase further holiday.


Location


Home based role with the expectation to visit the South East head office once a month for team meetings.
