An exciting new job opportunity is now available for a committed Senior Support Worker to work in a brand new nursing, Buckinghamshire area. You will be working for one of the UK’s leading health care providers.

To be considered for this position you must have an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.>
1. Recognise and facilitate the daily needs of residents.
2. Conduct formal supervisions and appraisals.
3. Contribute to care planning and coach support workers.
4. Take an active professional role in promoting services to relatives, prospective residents and enquiries.
5. Participate in updating and writing care plans and resident documentation.
6. Be responsible for making and reporting realistic assessments of each resident to ensure continuity of care.
7. Administer medication to residents in accordance with policies and procedures.
Preferred Skills & Experience
* Proven experience of working in a care setting.
* A good team player.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Have a genuine desire to care for others.
