We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established regional law firm who are continuing to grow their Conveyancing teams across Somerset and Devon.
The Roles
Exmouth & Chard
We are seeking Conveyancers / Junior Solicitors / Legal Executives who are confident managing their own caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
* Salary: £35,000 £45,000
* Ideal for fee earners looking to develop within a supportive team
Taunton
A more senior opportunity for an experienced Conveyancer or Solicitor, ideally with some exposure to supervising or mentoring a small team.
* Salary: £40,000 £50,000
* Opportunity to take on added responsibility within a growing department
Responsibilities
1. Managing a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
2. Handling sales, purchases, and associated matters
3. Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other parties
