As Service Manager, you will manage a team of maintenance operatives to ensure the delivery of planned and reactive repairs across hospital and healthcare sites in Bristol, Salisbury, and Swindon. You will ensure timely responses to reactive calls and PPMs to meet SLA and KPI targets.
You will oversee the day-to-day management of hard FM services, ensuring statutory compliance with current legislation and local codes of practice to protect health and safety in hospital environments. When works cannot be completed in-house, you will manage specialist subcontracted services, ensuring quality and HSQE obligations are met.
Reporting to the contract manager, you will contribute to ongoing improvements and long-term contract strategies to maximize productivity and quality, achieve cost efficiencies, and mitigate risks.
What we can offer you;
* Car allowance of £4,872
* 25 days holiday, increasing to 30
* Health Cash Plan
* 24/7 EAP Service for advice and support
* Wellbeing and mental health champions
* Employee discount scheme
