We’re seeking a confident and experienced Room Leader to join a vibrant Early Years setting in London. As an Early Years Room Leader, you’ll lead your team of Early Years Practitioners, ensuring children receive the highest standard of childcare and education. Responsibilities: * Lead and motivate your team to deliver outstanding Early Years practice * Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality activities in line with the EYFS * Oversee daily routines, ensuring smooth operation of the nursery room * Observe and record children’s progress and development * Support and mentor Early Years Practitioners to maintain high standards * Build strong relationships with parents and colleagues * Ensure all safeguarding and health & safety procedures are met Requirements: * Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (essential) * Previous experience as a Room Leader or Senior Practitioner * Confident understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding expectations * DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one If you’re a passionate Room Leader ready to lead a dedicated Early Years team in London, apply today...
