Team Leader – Barnard Castle (30 hours per week – Permanent)
Working between the hours of 6am-6.30pm.

* Lead smooth, efficient shifts.
* Train and support new Baristas.
* Energise and motivate your team.
* Maintain high standards across service and coffee excellence.
* Use resourcefulness and adaptability to keep everything running well.

* Experience as a team leader or ready to step into the role.
