We're partnering with a forward-thinking digital agency recognised for its strategic approach to performance and media innovation. Due to continued growth within their programmatic function, they're looking to appoint a Campaign Manager to lead the planning, delivery and optimisation of programmatic and emerging digital media campaigns.

THE PROGRAMMATIC MANAGER ROLE:
As Programmatic Manager, you'll sit at the intersection of strategy, planning and performance. This is a client-facing role where you'll take ownership of campaigns end-to-end — from shaping media plans and identifying the right partners, through to activation oversight, optimisation and reporting.
You'll work across Programmatic Display, Video, Native, Digital Audio, Connected TV and DOOH, ensuring budgets are planned effectively and campaigns deliver measurable impact.
You'll engage media, technology and data partners, develop clear and actionable media laydowns, produce forecasts, manage budgets and drive continuous performance improvement.
This role also plays a key part in media innovation — identifying new opportunities, leveraging AI to improve efficiency and outcomes, and contributing to agency growth through pitches and upsell opportunities.
PROGRAMMATIC MANAGER ESSENTIAL SKILLS
Strong experience in Programmatic planning and campaign management
Experience across Display, Video, Native and emerging channels
Ability to translate client objectives into clear media strategies
Confident managing budgets, forecasts and spend tracking
Strong understanding of audience data (first and third party)
Experience reporting on campaign performance and optimisation
Commercially aware with strong stakeholder management skills
Analytical mindset with ability to focus on performance drivers
