Vivisol is currently hiring for a Business & Contracts Manager in Scotland to lead the delivery of the Scotland Home Oxygen Service (HOS) contract. This position is responsible for ensuring the service meets the requirements of the NHS National Services Scotland while maintaining operational efficiency and clinical excellence. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for NHS stakeholders across Scotland, ensuring the contract remains operationally effective and in full compliance with KPIs.
We offer a generous package, including 33 days of annual leave (including Bank Holidays), private healthcare, a car allowance or company vehicle, a commission and bonus structure, and a salary dependent on experience. While the ideal candidate will be based around the Central Belt, we are flexible regarding location as travel is expected throughout the territory.
The standard working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Main duties and responsibilities of the Business and Contracts Manager:
* Monitor and manage the performance of the Scotland HOS contract to ensure all service levels and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded
* Act as the lead liaison for NHS National Services Scotland, facilitating regular contract review meetings and providing detailed performance reports
* Work collaboratively with relevant departments, including Operations and Clinical teams, to ensure seamless service delivery from prescription to installation
* Oversee the commercial health of the contract by managing budgets and identifying cost-efficiency opportunities
* Identify service trends and gaps to implement innovative solutions that improve the patient experience
* Deliver sales and business development in the region according to agreed targets while investigating new routes to market
* Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the healthcare systems within the territory to stay updated on economic and political developments
* Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure all reporting requested by the Commercial Director is completed to a high standard and on time
Required experience and qualifications of the Business and Contracts Manager:
* A proven track record in contract management, preferably within the healthcare, MedTech, or pharmaceutical sectors
* An undergraduate degree or relevant equivalent commercial experience
* Excellent consultancy and partnership skills, including the ability to negotiate and influence others to achieve results
* Strong analytical and numerical skills, including the ability to use data to produce high-level reports
* Flexibility to travel to required locations as needed
