Responsibilities:

* You will manage your own caseload including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, new builds and leaseholds
* You will have the opportunity to network and BD
* Collaborate with the wider teams across the firm

Requirements:

1. Qualified Solicitor or equivalent with 3+ PQE in residential conveyancing
2. Strong experience in managing your own volume caseload of Residential Property transactions
3. Ability to build and maintain client relationships
