The Opportunity
We’re looking for a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join the brigade. You’ll work closely with senior chefs to deliver dishes that reflect precision, creativity, and genuine respect for the cuisine’s roots.
This role is ideal for a chef with strong technical foundations who thrives in a calm, professional kitchen environment and is eager to grow within a restaurant that values craftsmanship, authenticity, and innovation.

Your Responsibilities
* Run your section confidently, maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency
* Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to menu specifications and the restaurant’s 1–2 Rosette/Michelin standard
* Collaborate with senior chefs on daily prep, plating, and new menu development
* Work with charcoal grilling, fermentation, and Korean seasonings and techniques
* Maintain mise en place, organisation, and cleanliness across all prep and service periods
* Follow food safety, allergen, and hygiene procedures to the highest standards
* Support and train junior kitchen members as needed
* Ensure your section is ready for each service and properly stocked for the next day

About You
* Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef in a fine-dining or Rosette-standard kitchen
* Passionate about flavour, presentation, and precise cookery
* Genuine interest in Korean or Asian-inspired cuisine (training provided for the right person)
* Confident under pressure with strong organisational skills
* Enthusiastic, reliable, and collaborative — a positive contributor to kitchen culture
* Flexible to work Tuesday to Saturday (closed Sunday & Monday for work-life balance)
