What you will bring to the role:
·
Previous experience as a CDP within a new
opening or high-profile restaurant/ hotel.
·
Prepare and cook food to the highest
quality standards.
·
Manage a specific section of the
kitchen, such as the grill, sauce or sauté.
·
Ensure that all dishes are
cooked to order and served on time.
·
Maintain a clean and organized
kitchen environment.
·
Order and manage inventory for your
section.
·
Train and supervise junior chefs
and commis
·
Assist with menu planning and
development.
·
Ensure proper food safety and
sanitation practices are followed

Opening in Spring of 2025, this new restaurant will be in
a prime location in Mayfair and aims to elevate the seafood offering in London.
Staying true to provenance and with a keen focus on
quality, it aims to deliver a memorable and sophisticated dining experience.
Featuring an open kitchen and a wood-fired grill, it will
offer a delectable selection of seafood and a raw bar on the ground floor in
addition to the 104-cover restaurant area, a cocktail bar, and a 18 cover PDR
on the lower level.
