Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support for Windows 10/11 systems and related applications.
* Manage and deploy devices using Intune and SCCM (imaging, patching, application deployment).
* Administer Active Directory—user accounts, group policies, and access management.
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues promptly to minimize downtime.
* Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, configurations, and solutions.
* Collaborate with IT teams to support system upgrades and security compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience in Windows desktop support and Active Directory administration.
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and/or SCCM for device and application management.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
* Relevant certification (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator) preferred
