About the role This friendly local authority school is looking for a Class Teacher for a Year 1 class to teach, full-time from September. As a class teacher you will undertake all responsibilities expected, but with the strong support of a very experienced colleague in the adjacent class. The role is a two term contract until Easter 2026. They are a local authority school with approximately 400 children on roll and has a very established and settled staff team with a huge amount of experience and expertise. Requirements To be considered for the role of Year 1 Teacher you will: Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of Primary Teachers Have a passion for teaching with the ability to cover pre prepared work set by the full time teacher Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
