Job Description:
The Auto Body Technician is responsible for structural and non-structural repairs, and will disassemble, repair, and reassemble each vehicle. The Auto Body Technician works with all team members in achieving the repair facilities' KPIs.
Key Job Responsibilities
1. Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan
2. Repair damage to vehicle body panels
3. Vehicle disassembly and reassembly
4. Repair or replace interior and exterior parts, electrical components, and vehicle accessories
5. Remove and install welded and sectioned parts to a vehicle
6. Assess and repair structural components of a vehicle
7. Use of frame equipment
8. Apply new knowledge and skills to ensure a high level of quality and productivity, which directly contributes to KPI’s (Sales/ CP/ EBITA/ BHPD/ NPS).
9. Take responsibility for outcomes and continuously seek learning opportunities to improve performance
Minimum Education and/or Experience Required for the Job
10. High School Diploma or equivalent
11. Completion of Post-Secondary Education in an Auto Body Repair Program
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
12. Minimum 3 years of Auto Body Technician experience
13. Welding experience (MIG, TIG welding)
Preferred Education and/or Experience
14. Red Seal or 310B is preferred
15. I-Car Registered (working towards Gold Class certification)
Other Requirements Travel, physical requirements, etc.
16. You are able to lift up to 50 Lbs
17. You have your own toolbox
18. Valid driver’s license required

Compensation Details
Hourly:
$30 - $33 per hour, Flat Rate
Compensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience.
