Join our Vendor Operations Team The Vendor Operations Team supports Softcat's strategic vendor partnerships by managing the day to day operational, financial, and commercial elements of vendor programmes. They ensure rebates, incentives, MDF and partner reporting are accurate and compliant. Working closely with Alliance Managers, Finance and other teams, they provide strong governance, reliable data and structured processes that enable informed decision making. As a central coordination point, the team keeps vendor processes running smoothly and ensures partnership commitments are delivered effectively at scale. Success. The Softcat Way. Driving commercial value through vendor insight, forecasting and collaboration As a Vendor Operations Specialist, you'll be responsible for: Acting as a specialist within Vendor Operations, with a focus on vendor rebate programmes and commercial insight Building a deep understanding of vendor frameworks to improve forecasting, analysis, and predictability Providing interpretation, insight and recommendations using tracking and execution outputs from Operational colleagues. Partnering with Alliances and Finance to ensure rebate activity is well governed and aligned to wider commercial objectives Contributing to the ongoing development and maturity of Softcat's vendor rebate operating model.
