Administrator – Full-Time or Part-Time
Location: Dunblane
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Hours: Flexible

Are you an organised and proactive individual looking to join a close-knit team in a supportive working environment? A small, family-run business based in Dunblane is seeking a dedicated Administrator to support day-to-day operations on-site.

About the Role:
As Administrator, you’ll play a key role in the smooth running of the business. Working closely with management and site teams, you’ll be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring accurate records, timely communication, and efficient office support.

Key Responsibilities:

General office administration, including filing, data entry, and document control
Handling incoming calls and emails in a professional manner
Assisting with the preparation of reports, invoices, and purchase orders
Maintaining accurate records and databases
Supporting health & safety compliance with relevant documentation
Any other administrative support as required by the team
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in an administrative role
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Comfortable working independently and using initiative
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
A flexible and positive attitude
