Job Overview
As a Regional Senior Chef based in the North (Birmingham and Scottish Borders), you will lead culinary standards, develop menus, and mentor staff across multiple locations, contributing to our organization’s growth and excellence.
Qualifications & Responsibilities
* Provide culinary leadership ensuring adherence to quality standards and recipes.
* Develop innovative menus aligned with customer preferences and regional trends.
* Train, mentor, and motivate culinary teams; conduct regular training sessions.
* Maintain quality control, conduct inspections, and address issues.
* Ensure food safety and sanitation compliance.
* Manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and minimize costs.
* Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations.
* Stay updated on culinary trends and seek innovation.
* Work towards Baxterstorey’s chef academy level 4 qualification and beyond.
