We're a TikTok agency that gets brands cut through on TikTok. We’ve grown our own clients and communities to over 1 million followers and have hit 600 million video views in the last 12 months. We use these learnings to help brands reach new audiences, grow their TikTok following and engagement and produce thumb-stoppingly good content
that gets cut through on TikTok.
The Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Account Director to join the team.
Ideally, you will be able to execute a number of paid social campaigns, leading the creative planning, budget management, optimisation, reporting and be comfortable working with small to large media spends.
What you’ll be doing:
* Lead paid social planning and buying strategies for key clients across TikTok & Meta
* Foster trusted relationships with clients and act as the main contact for your clients
* Develop and execute a comprehensive influencer partnership strategy to drive growth for our clients
* Create innovative TikTok Shop strategies to drive significant growth and revenue for our TikTok Shop clients
* Oversee the execution of TikTok Shop campaigns, ensuring seamless integration across paid, organic, affiliate, and live content
* Guide clients through TikTok Shop best practices, including optimising storefronts, boosting shoppable content, and leveraging platform features
* Act as the key point of creative feedback for your team’s client campaigns
* Act as a senior strategic point of contact and escalation for clients
* Brief content through our content creation process, working alongside our in-house TikTok creators, freelance TikTok creators and influencers
* Recommend and build budget plans for client campaigns
* Develop proposals for new business opportunities
* Manage and develop a team of Account Managers and Execs
What you’ll bring:
* You'll be a TikTok expert, and fully understand the platform
* You're proactive in building strong client relationships, and open to travel to meet clients in person where valuable for collaboration or project success
* You’ll have agency experience, with a track record of managing successful accounts
* You’ll have a solid understanding of TikTok Shop, with experience activating shoppable content, live streams, and working with affiliates to drive GMV
* You’ll have experience of leading a team
* You'll love working on paid campaigns
* You'll have demonstrable experience with TikTok ads manager and Meta Business Manager
* You'll have created successful media plans for campaigns before
* You’ll have experience working with numerous brands, in house or agency
* You'll have a good eye for creative that converts
* You can work under pressure and be able to turn around tasks with short deadlines
* You’ll know what makes a TikTok Shop Live session work, and be comfortable supporting or advising on LIVE production where needed
* Experience managing or advising on TikTok Shop affiliate programmes, including commission structures, outreach, and performance tracking
