SENIOR DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER

THE ROLE
As a Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you can expect to be involved in the following:
* You'll lead a team of 5 covering CRM, paid digital, social, and content, and work closely with the brand & campaigns team.
* It's a strategic position with some hands-on work in the paid world.
* You will orchestrate CRM and digital activity so the two can work together.
* Monitor the MarTech stack (currently SFMC + Tealium) and see what could be improved
REQUIREMENTS
* Proven experience across both Performance Marketing and CRM.
* Comfortable with data and turning it into actionable strategy.
* Confident leading a team (minimum 1-2 direct reports).
* Industry background flexible
* No need to be an SFMC expert, but you should know your way around MarTech conversations.
