SEN Teacher – £2,500 Joining Bonus! SEN Sixth Form Teacher Location: Specialist education setting in Much Hadham, Hertfordshire (approximately 10 minutes from Bishop’s Stortford and Harlow) Contract: Permanent, Full Time Start Date: September 2026 or sooner Salary: Teachers’ Pay Scale SEN Allowance (dependent on experience) £2,500 Joining Bonus Available (£1,250 paid on joining and £1,250 paid following successful probation) Inspire Independence. About the Organisation This charity-based specialist provider supports children, young people, and adults with complex needs within a large countryside campus in Hertfordshire. Its Sixth Form offers a highly personalised learning environment for young people aged 16–19 with learning difficulties, disabilities, epilepsy, and autism. About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a creative and committed SEN Teacher to join a growing Sixth Form team. You will lead a small class group of learners with complex needs, delivering engaging and personalised learning that supports both academic achievement and personal development. This role offers the chance to teach with purpose in a nurturing and well‑resourced environment where every milestone matters. Experience may come from either special education or mainstream teaching; a passion for inclusive education and preparing young people for adulthood is essential.
