Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner
📍 Location: Remote (UK-wide) or hybrid working from regional offices

💸 Bonus: £8,000 – £18,000 (OTE up to £65,000)

The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, delivering a high standard of service across a range of transaction types including freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, and new build.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload of 90+ files (dependent on experience)
* Handle transactions from instruction through to completion
* Maintain high levels of client care while achieving completion targets
* Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties
* Work collaboratively with internal teams and provide guidance where required
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years’ experience managing a high-volume residential conveyancing caseload
* Strong understanding of the full conveyancing process
* Proficient in case management systems and IT platforms
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
