Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate the team to consistently hit targets
* Ensure smooth daily operations and high standards
* Deliver exceptional service and hospitality
* Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance standards

Qualifications
* A positive, hands-on leader with high energy
* Previous management experience in QSR, coffee shops, bakeries, or fast-paced hospitality
* Strong people skills, with a focus on developing others
* Confidence in managing service, stock, rotas, and store KPIs
* Someone who thrives in a fast, fun, and supportive environment
Schedule
* Full-time, 5 days/week
* Shifts between 7am–5pm only; no evenings or night shifts
* Paid for every hour worked
