I am currently in contact with a client in Berkshire who is looking to fill an Interim Head of Strategic Property focussing on creating a new Strategic Asset Strategy.
The most suitable candidate will have experience in managing a team of asset managers and negotiating large acquisition/disposals contracts.

* Creating a new Strategic Asset Plan
* Handling JV Contracts
* Disposing of HRAs
* Managing and leading a team
Package
* Contract Length: 6 months subject to extension dependent upon performance
* Rate: Dependent upon experience
