ROLE: Electrician
HOURS: 40 hours per week
LOCATION: Cambridge

We're looking for an Electrician who will undertake all aspects of electrical installations, LED lighting projects, minor works, and testing and inspection across a variety of sites including retail, industrial, commercial, and government sectors.
Responsibilities
* Install LED lighting and electrical systems to specification.
* Collaborate with the Lighting Project team, sub-contractors, and Project Manager to meet project deadlines.
* Work from electrical drawings, including installation diagrams, circuit layouts, and schematics.
* Deliver a first-time quality installation with minimal rework.
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation at all times.
* Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time.
* Maintain responsibility for company vehicle and materials.
* Adapt to technical changes and attend training as required.
* Undertake additional duties as instructed by the Project Manager.
Required Qualifications
* Fully qualified to 18th Edition IET Regulations (2383-18).
Desirable Qualifications / Training Provided
* 2391-52 Test & Inspection (desirable - training provided).
* SSSTS accreditation (desirable - training provided).
Skills & Experience
* Knowledge of EV charging units (desirable - training provided).
* IPAF & PASMA certifications (desirable - training provided).
* Ability to work nights and stay away from home (Mon-Fri).
* Comfortable working at heights (up to 3m) and lifting up to 25kg.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritise workload.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Full UK driving licence.
