Digital Marketing Manager – SEO & Content (8‑Month Fixed Term Contract)
ADP is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to own and manage organic search and content strategy across our global websites. This role is a fixed‑term contract for eight months, based at either our Staines Upon Thames or Bristol offices.

Responsibilities
* Own the international SEO strategy for established, growth and emerging markets to increase commercially relevant traffic and conversions on ADP websites.
* Collaborate with internal and agency stakeholders to grow the visibility of ADP websites in search engine results.
* Develop a best‑in‑class search strategy that responds to generative AI, capitalising on Google’s new AI features, ChatGPT, and other emerging technologies.
* Identify and remediate technical SEO issues across the global web estate, working with agencies, the ESI team and the global web team.
* Lead the SEO content strategy, working with copywriters and agencies to produce compelling, search‑engine‑friendly content that converts.
* Design genuinely local SEO and content strategies in partnership with local marketing teams and international search agencies.
* Plan and execute digital outreach campaigns focused on backlink acquisition and domain authority improvement.
* Monitor and report on key organic search performance metrics, responding to successes or declines with clear remediation plans.
* Support local product marketers to enhance on‑site propositions with SEO value.
* Identify SEO gaps and opportunities to strengthen visibility against competitors, leveraging tools, technology and agency expertise.
* Manage SEO and technical web projects from strategy through execution and reporting.
* Work with the global ESI marketing team to advise on local and global campaigns where necessary.
* Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations in partnership with stakeholders.
* Use and develop digital analytics and reporting platforms to measure SEO success and performance.
Experience / Qualifications
* 5+ years managing B2B SEO strategy, implementation and content ideation.
* Demonstrated success leading an international SEO strategy that increased visibility, traffic and conversion.
* Strong ability to ideate and produce SEO‑aligned content.
* Experience working with paid media and web teams to create a joined‑up search marketing approach.
* Expertise in SEO agency and copywriting resource management.
* Strong analytical focus with attention to detail.
* Advanced knowledge of digital marketing reporting platforms (GA4, Data Studio, SEMrush, Search Console, etc.).
* Solid understanding of technical SEO principles and stakeholder collaboration for resolution.
* Excellent copy review and stakeholder collaboration skills.
* Broad understanding of digital demand generation channels and their relevance to search.
* Inquisitive mindset with a “so what?” attitude for continuous improvement.
* Knowledge of attribution and testing frameworks is advantageous.
* Experience in agile environments is a plus.
* Accuracy, attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
* Proven track record of managing multiple projects with senior stakeholder influence.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills and vendor negotiation experience.
* Knowledge of the HCM/HR/Payroll market is a bonus.
