We’re looking for an enthusiastic Office Administrator to join our dynamic and friendly Customer Service team. This is a hybrid working role in our newly built Claydon premises, where you’ll be the first point of contact for patients and clients—playing a vital role in their recovery journey.
You’ll handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls and general administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
* Friendly and professional first point of contact with excellent telephone manner
* Detail‑oriented and highly organised handling of administrative tasks
* Driven by delivering excellent customer service
* Adaptable to fast‑paced healthcare environment and willing to learn and grow
Qualifications (any of the following)
* GNVQ/NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
* 4 GCSEs (A–C), including English and Maths
* At least 2 years’ customer service experience (or Contact Centre Professional certification)
Experience
* Customer service or contact centre experience
* Comfort engaging with medical professionals and patients
* Competent using Microsoft Office and database systems
Skills
* High attention to detail and accurate data entry
* Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team

* Salary: £26,437.00 per year (40 hours/week)
* Schedule: 8‑hour shifts between 08:00 – 18:30, Monday–Friday, with some Saturday mornings
