Degree Apprentice Quantity Surveyor – 2026 – London

What you’ll do:
* Surveying the site and setting out for the construction operatives.
* Checking the quality of construction operatives’ work.
* Producing permits such as permits to excavate or vegetation clearance permits.
* Managing a daily diary of site activities and attending morning shift briefings.
* Developing a practical understanding of the importance of health and safety and the environmental requirements involved in civil engineering.
What you’ll bring to the role:
* 112 UCAS Tariff points from 3 A-levels, T-Levels, BTECs or equivalent level 3 qualification.
* 5 GCSEs at Grades 4-9 including Maths and English or their equivalent for us to successfully enrol you on the apprenticeship.
* Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment where your contributions are valued and celebrated.
* Dependable team player who actively supports and promotes collective success.
* Inquisitive and driven by a passion to grow and innovate.
* Having lived in the UK in the last 3 years and having the right to work in the UK; we do not sponsor visas.
* Applicants who already achieved a degree in a similar discipline will not be considered.
What qualification will you be studying towards? You will be studying a Level 6 qualification in Civil Engineering at a nearby university.
