Job Description

Salary: £55,000–£58,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Contract: Permanent, full-time (35 hours per week)
Location: Hybrid – three days a week in London office
Closing date: 28 September

We have a brilliant opportunity for a Head of Trusts and Foundations to join the ambitious team at Whizz Kidz, the UK’s leading charity for young wheelchair users. Reporting to the Director of Fundraising and Communications, you’ll lead a team of five and shape the vision and delivery of trust, foundation, statutory and lottery fundraising.

This is a pivotal role where you’ll personally secure gifts of £50K–£1M, manage relationships with major funders, and create compelling funding proposals that drive income and impact. You’ll work closely with service teams, finance, and senior leadership to ensure Whizz Kidz continues to grow its influence and support for young wheelchair users across the UK.
