We\'re seeking a skilled Radan Programmer to join our client in Banbury. If you have a passion for precision sheet metal fabrication and thrive in a fast-paced production environment, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop CNC programs using Radan for laser cutting, punching, and bending operations
* Interpret technical drawings and convert them into machine-ready code
* Collaborate with design engineers to resolve programming challenges
* Maintain and update Radan libraries and tooling databases
* Support continuous improvement initiatives in programming and production
Ideal Candidate / Qualifications
* Proven experience with Radan software
* Strong understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
* Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
* Familiarity with CNC machinery and tooling setups
